Prof. Dr. Fallgatter gave an interview to the magazine "Der bergische Unternehmer" entitled "Teams funktionieren auch ohne formale Hierachie".

The interview appeared in the magazine "Der bergische Unternehmer - das Wirtschaftsmagazin für das Bergische und den Kreis Mettmann".
