The course consists of a four-hour lecture and a tutorial. The lecture conveys essential questions of management. In order to ensure that the material is dealt with as intensively as possible during the entire lecture period, all students are expected to work intensively. Please participate in this lecture only if you are willing to actively participate during the whole semester.

The tutorial is closely related to the lecture contents. Using case studies, selected aspects of management are applied and deepened.
